Thick and vibrant
This rug is awesome, it is such a vibrant blue and a nice thick weave. I will say we had a cat visit and she decided it made a great scratching pad. We were able to clean up the main part of the rug but the looser weave towards the edge definitely shows some damage. Photos are from after the scratching and cleanup.

Beautiful sturdy walnut
We are obsessed with this table. We wanted a big centerpiece table that would both make a statement and act functionally as a gathering place for our friends and family. This delivers on all fronts. It easily seats 6 and could seat up to 10 for a party. It is beautiful hardwood and the construction seems very sturdy.

Not exactly portable
The Seb side table with marble top is beautiful and sturdy. Its shape gives a lot of surface without taking much extra floor space. But it is heavy. It's great as a side table to a sofa, but don't expect to use it as a TV tray.

Serious furniture for real people
For many years I have prided myself on assembling and using mass produced flat-packed furniture. (It made sense when my taste and locations were in flux.) But then I grew up and discovered Castlery: drawers that slide smoothly, doors that hang straight, and furniture that doesn't wobble. I will never go back. Having real and beautiful furniture makes for a real and beautiful home.

Beware of Assembly
I have built a ton of flat pack furniture, and this has been the worst experience by far. It looks like it should be fairly simple to assemble, but the bolts and nuts are terrible quality. I had to soak the metal components in WD40, and use two wrenches (one on the bolt and one on the nut) to get them to turn independently. the nuts consistently got stuck on the bolts and started turning together - driving the bolts further into the wood than they were designed to go. This sofa needs a redesign.

Great chairs — and a company that truly stands behind them
We've had our Seb chairs since 2024 and love them. When one chair's seat frame failed this fall, Castlery's warranty team went above and beyond: they sent us two replacement chairs, completely free of charge, and didn't even ask us to ship the old one back. Fast, generous, zero hassle. This is how you earn a customer for life.

The most stunning piece of furniture I've ever bought!
This has absolutely made my entire living room. I was literally jumping for joy when it came out of the box. It comes fully assembled, and is very heavy in a good way - that tells me it's well made! The wrap around door is so 70s inspired. It's just gorgeous. Also I ended up realizing I needed the bigger size after I ordered, and the customer service team was amazing! They were so kind, and were able to intercept and get me the new size I needed!

Very Uneven Seating & Poor Customer Support
This sofa looks great, I was quite happy with the purchase, delivery, etc. Unfortunately, within a couple of weeks, the corner piece felt as though it had been sat on for years: unevenly soft and saggy. (Only two people regularly sit on the sofa, we're average height & skinny, no pets). We started sitting on the side piece more, avoiding the corner piece but to no avail. After only a few months, this sofa feels cheap, the customer support feels like an AI bot. I regret my purchase. Ooff.

Very nice any Sturdy!
The Bradley hutch exceeded my expectations! Assembly was simple. The rich tones are beautiful. I was hoping the oak contrast was a bit lighter. There are yellow undertones but that’s ok. Won’t be too noticable ones it is full of books and such.
